Privacy Policy

Last updated: [DATE] · This draft has not been reviewed by a lawyer — see the note at the bottom before publishing.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information the VROOM website (vroom.wtf, the "Site") collects when you use it, and how it's used. The Site is designed to work without requiring you to create an account or hand over personal information — you connect a Solana wallet, and the Site reads publicly available on-chain data to show your dashboard.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

Wallet data read from the blockchain is used only to render your dashboard in your browser session — it is not stored on our servers beyond what's needed to serve that page load. Aggregated usage data, if collected, is used to understand overall Site traffic and improve the Site. We do not sell your information.

4. Third-Party Services

To show live token, price, and holder data, the Site may query third-party services such as Solana RPC/indexer providers, price-data APIs, and the network(s) $VROOM and $TSLAx are issued on. These requests may include your wallet address (a public value) and are subject to those providers' own privacy policies, which we don't control. [List specific providers once selected — e.g. Helius, Jupiter, CoinGecko].

5. Cookies

The Site may use minimal cookies or local storage for basic functionality (such as remembering a wallet connection within your session) and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics. It does not use cookies for cross-site ad tracking.

6. Data Retention

We do not maintain a database of user accounts or wallet histories in the current version of the Site. Any aggregated analytics data is retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above.

7. Your Rights

Because the Site doesn't collect personal accounts by default, there is generally nothing tied to you to access, correct, or delete beyond standard browser data you control yourself (cookies, local storage). If this changes — for example, if the Site later adds accounts, email signup, or off-chain storage of your data — this policy will be updated to reflect what's collected and what rights apply (which may include access, correction, deletion, and portability requests depending on your jurisdiction, e.g. under GDPR or CCPA).

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.

9. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to [contact email].

This page is a starting draft, not legal advice, and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It assumes the Site collects minimal data (no accounts, no off-chain storage) as of today — update it as soon as that changes (analytics, wallet-adapter libraries, or backend storage can all add data collection you'll need to disclose here). Fill in the bracketed placeholders above before publishing.
