These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at vroom.wtf (the "Site"), operated by [Operator legal name / entity] ("VROOM," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational dashboard that lets you connect a Solana wallet to view publicly available information about the $VROOM token and about $TSLAx, a third-party tokenized asset (see Section 5). The Site does not custody your funds, does not execute trades on your behalf without your explicit wallet approval, and does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
You must be legally permitted to access digital-asset services in your jurisdiction to use the Site. In particular, $TSLAx (see Section 5) is, per its issuer's own terms, not marketed, offered, or solicited in the United States, to U.S. Persons, or in any other jurisdiction where such distribution would be unlawful. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Site, and any assets shown or interacted with through it, is lawful where you are located.
Connecting a wallet to the Site does not transfer custody or control of your assets to us. You remain solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, and any transactions you authorize. We are not able to reverse transactions or recover lost funds.
$VROOM is an independent community meme token. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Tesla, Inc. in any way.
$TSLAx is a separate, third-party tokenized product (part of the xStocks product line issued by Backed Finance / Backed Assets) that tracks the price of Tesla, Inc. stock. We do not issue, custody, control, or guarantee $TSLAx, and we make no representations about its accuracy, availability, or compliance with any law in your jurisdiction. Your use of or exposure to $TSLAx is subject to that product's own terms, which you should review independently.
The Site's design, branding, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission, except as permitted by law.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, including losses relating to digital-asset transactions, third-party services, or reliance on information displayed on the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to [contact email].
This page is a starting draft, not legal advice, and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Before this goes live, have it reviewed — especially the jurisdiction/eligibility language in Sections 3 and 5, given the open question about whether featuring $TSLAx this way is compliant with its issuer's distribution restrictions. Fill in the bracketed placeholders above before publishing.
